This is not to put doctors down, as I think they
appreciate an educated patient. (Right Dr. Bob?:-)b)The other bottom line is that it is the doctor who
does the Dx, and prescribes what they feel needed.
If any of us walk into a doctors office with a list
'demanding' we get certain drugs, most doctors
would simpely ignore such drug seeking behaviour.
On the other hand, there is no reason why a patient
shouldn't be encouraged to do some research on their
own. This 'two-way' street can be very helpful
in our (patients) recovery. IMHO..etc.
