How much prozac to add to Effexor?

I am currently taking 225 mg. of Effexor XR. My doctor and I have decided to add Prozac to this for a couple reasons. My question is what is an appropriate amount of Prozac to add. My doctor also suggested lowering the Effexor while increasing the Prozac eventually. I would really apprieciate any input on this. Also, how safe is this in regard to seratonin syndrome?
