There was a hint of urinary hesitancy on day 1 but since then I haven't been aware of any tricyclic-like effects. Today I raised the dose to 12mg/day (max dose) & feel fine, if a little edgy.
The downside? Well so far its done nothing for my depression and you've got no chance of getting it up.
