I GOT THE SHAKES!!!!!

Hi,
I ama 28 yr. old female w/ ADD.. I was on Ritalin for a while, but now have been switched to Effexor xr 75 mg. per day.. Have been on it for a few days. First I was so crabby anbd irritable, then I was crying.. yesterday i was nauseated and had a huge headache, then by last night i felt hyper and couldn't sleep. Today I have the shakes, can hardly talk, my hands are shaking, I am dropping things and I can't focus. On top of all that, i feel lazy and tired. What the heck is going on? I am freaking out a little... Can anyone relate to this?
