Hi Natg,

Probably ziprasidone (Zeldox). In an analysis of antipsychotics and weight gain, among the atypical antipsychotics, ziprasidone was found to have the least potential to cause weight gain. The estimated weight gain after 10 weeks of treatment is 0.04 kg for ziprasidone as compared to 4.45 kg for clozapine (Clozaril), 4.15 kg for olanzapine (Zyprexa), and 2.10 kg for risperidone (Risperdal).

Unfortunately, Zeldox is not available yet in the US as it awaits final approval from the FDA.
