Anyone have success with Li augmentation?

Hi everyone,

I experienced SSRI poop out on Celexa and kept increasing the dosage till my doctor stopped at 80 mg.
At that point we began adding Serzone since I think the Celexa is still helping some. I think the Serzone is helping but I don't feel well yet. I don't want to increase the Serzone dosage because it's starting to make me to sleepy and lethargic. Do you think that by adding lithium it could bring me from OK to "well". What's a good starting dose and how long does it take for the Lithium to work? Another option might be to switch the celexa to zoloft or something like that.
