An eminent psychiatrist is visiting the Sigmund Freud Institue for the Very Very Neurotic. The head doctor there explains that to help patients, they try to encourage them to have a goal in life. The visiting doctor finds this approach interesting and asks if he could see some of the patients. The first patient he sees is throwing and invisible ball around his padded cell. "what are you doing?' asks the doctor. "can't you see?' says the patient, "i'm practicing, cause when i get out of here, I'll be the greatest ball player in the world'.

The second patient the doctor sees is writing invisible equations on an invisable blackboard with an invisible chalk."what are you doing?' asks the puzzled doctor. "can't you see?' says the patient, "i'm practicing, cause when i gat out of here, I'll be the greatest mathematician in the world'

The next patient the doctor sees is stanhding naked in a room with a huge erection. scattered on the floor are a bunch of pistachios. The patient repeatedly picks up a nut, places it in his penis, and tries to balance it. When it falls and he picks up another one and does it again. The visiting doctor is puzzled and asks him: 'well, what do you want to do when you get out of here?' and the patient replies: 'Can't you see man? I'm never getting out of here, I'm f-cking nuts'.
