herbal supplements? Valerian, will it help me?

OK, first off, I take Effexor XR and Prozac.

Secondly, I'm depressed again, and more and more anxious. Situational, but real.

Is valerian likely to help with any of that without interfering with the ADs?

Any resources for me?
