Extreme fatigue with Celexa

I started in Celexa 4 weeks ago. I have had major problems with fatigue and lethargy. I tried Prozac a year ago and found pretty much the same results. I have found mimimal relief for the depression. I also have had hypothyroidism for the last 10 years. We are also adjusting my synthroid levels. Is there any other meds out there that will help without the fatigue and give me my energy back?
