Your question would be really difficult to answer without some detailed information about your history with depression and whatever else has gone on drug-wise with you.I'm not qualified to give meds advice, and it sounds like you would be better off at this point talking with your doctor. There are reactions to every med that can differ with every individual. For example, if Paxil is not working, and risperidal made things worse (though 2 days is a very short time to take something) your doctor may want to try augmenting paxil, or may want to try something brand new.
This can be a frustrating process, and many here have experienced it. Finding the right med or combo of meds is worth the trouble, but is a pain. Good luck, and keep posting--even though you may not get an answer, you can at least know that you are not alone!
