I've beenbtaking it for 4 months now, and all side affects seem to be slolwy dissapating - except that damned constipation!! This is the advice I got, and it does seem to be working;
Increase amount of water drunk (I know drink 2 litres a day.. and where I may not "go" more often, it's alot less pain ful when I do, as "they're" alot less solid!)
Train your body to go once a day.- This is actually helping alot. I sit on the loo at 8pm every nght for at least 1/2 an hour.. Not straining but relaxing and reading. After a while your body gets used to this time, and now I tend to go 50% of these times!GHope this is some help to you!
