Probably, your doctor is right, although I have to say without it, I couldn't have made it through the last couple of days. And I know it doesn't give everyone an energizing effect. So my reaction isn't exactly typical. Nevertheless, I am building up serzone, feeling totally confused about whether to go back to MAOIs; will see my new pdoc on Monday for fifteen minutes. That's the time he gives for meds. He will see you very often, and it is easier to get fit in with a doctor who has fifteen minute appointments. But I have fifteen minutes worth of questions--not including the time for his answers. So I may make two appointments. My insurance (primary & co-payment pay 100%). And he will talk to you on the phone for five minutes without charging, then from 6 to fifteen minutes is $40. Luckily he's only a couple of blocks from my therapist so he's convenient to see on mondays and thursdays.

One thing seems so strange to me. I was hurting so much this morning (my depression in my chest) that I could barely talk and I was feeling how am I going to do my shoot at 10am. But then when the people come to be photographed (today a three year old with bright red-orange hair), I forget all about the pain--I don't feel it. It's amazing to me to go through such an unconscious change so quickly. Then after they leave (they're here for about two hours), I still feel not depressed for a while, then it sets in again, but not as badly. I am grateful for that at least.

So any great insights, new meds to start after seeing your new pdoc?

Good night Scott,
Shellie
