Paxil + Buspar combo. making me anxious, JohnL.

Hello to everybody,
My Doctor added 10 mg of Buspar along with the 60 mg of Paxil I have been on for a year now.
I have only taken 5 mg of the Buspar and I'm feeling even more anxious. I thought it was supposed to relieve the anxiety. I'm in a mental fog and have obssessive thoughts. I'm not tired yet I'm unable to function.
Am- I making sense? OR AM- I LOOSING MY MIND?

Wellbutrin is out of the question for me because of my history with bulimia.
Maybe, 60 mg of Paxil is too much?

Any feedback appreciated.
