Effexor/weight gain withdrawal

I am in the process of tapering of Effexor..w/ difficulty.Feeling very low.
Weight gain being a major factor in decision to change medication.Starting celexor@ 20mg.Any suggestions? i found tapering off Luvox extremely difficult as well. Thanks.
