You may want to ask your doctor about changing to a different ssri. Also, thyroid is very touchy. Ask your doctor to do blood tests every week for a month. Finally, get a full blood work-up regarding menapause. There are so many things happening to your body at this time, you need to make sure the doctor looks at everything carefully. Finally, take your vitamins. Nothing can replace regular vitamins! Good luck.
