If it is due to your ADs (too much serotonin can cause this, I think), your doctor can prescribe another AD that is sedating, that you can take in the evening to help you sleep. This is what I do, because effexor (and the SSRIs before that) makes me very jumpy, restless, twitchy, and gives me rls. I take serzone to balance it out, and don't have the rls or agitation anymore. For me, it involved lowering my effexor dose as I added the serzone.
