Please advise -- Should I change anti-depressants?

I've been on Celexa (40mg) for the past few months, and it has reduced my aggression and anxiety tremdously. I was also on neurontin for a time to help combat GAD. Lately I have been much more aggressive and depressed. Could the Celexa be "pooping out"? Should I think about switching medications? Any input is much appreciated.
