Hi Jack - Celexa is working wonders for me. I used to be anxious all the time; felt like I had numerous antennae out to make sure everything & everybody was okay etc. I've improved in that direction very much. Am taking 20 mg at bedtime.

I even worry about when my anxiety will be at its worst. I guess the best way to describe my situation is over-selfconsciousness.

I've tried Xanax, which helps with the physical feelings of anxiety, but not the mental ones. Wellbutrin seemed to help at first a lot, during that energy boost phase that wears off. Alcohol helps a lot. I don't want any medicines that will make me feel cocooned, or very sedated, or anything like that.
