Thank you for asking, Shellie.
Unfortunately, this combo didn't produce any real change. Although as a now confirmed guinee-pig, I had no side effects whatsoever taking 50mg Parnate along with 6mg/Reboxetine. None. Zilch.
Maybe I should go up to 8mg rebox, but I really don't think it would change anything. Parnate doing very little if anything at this point.
My Dr. wants to add lithium to my parnate on my next visit, so I probably will do that, and axe the Rebox.
Funny thing happened that I feel I should mention. Last week out of frustration I decided to take the last of my Amisulpride (8 pills), one per night. Nothing happened for 6 days, but on day seven, I experienced 3 great hours of energy and a lifting of much of the depression, that I haven't felt in years & years. Especially my energy, and I made sure I took advantage and did something that I enjoy, but haven't had the energy to do very well. Quite a feeling I must admit. This didn't last for long, but it was at least something positive.
With one pill left, I eagerly, but calmly awaited the next morning with hope of a similar day ahead. Didn't happen, actually very fatigued/depressed the whole day. So thats where I am now. A little more confused, but no worse for the wear.
Thank you for the adrafanil warning Shellie, I actually got up to 450mg/day while on 60mg parnate with no problems, but I appreciate the info just the same.
I hope things work out with the Parnate. Please take care.
As always;
Sincerely,Anthony
