You are not the first ADD'er to self medicate,
I did meth for several years. Right drug, wrong reasons.
Unless you know that you have ADD you don't realize why
you self medicate, so you party.

Work with your doc so you can organize your doseing
times so they happen together. Many meds need to be taken
at a specific time. I have it down to pills in the morning,
when I came home, and go to bed. Pills are tied to the action
of wake up, come home, put down keys (the pill box is right there)
and go to sleep. Pill organizers or watches that beep are helpful, esp.
with ADD. Give us (ADD'ers) a reason and we will forget. I also carry
a few of everything along with the emergency driving atavin that is always in the
glove box. The ativan is a must after DTM's (dificult traffic maneuvers) and creative driving
coupons (tickets) !
