Having the right Dx really helps. Because treatments
overlap even with the wrong Dx things can get better.
I don't know much about cyclothymia but it is clear
the cyclying componant needs specific treatment, i.e
a mood stablizer. AD's can treat the depressive part while
making the cyclying worse, this is very true in Bipolor.I would suspect you are on the right track. Someone else
on this list can fill you in on Neurotin, all I can say
is that some find it very effective.James
