From what I understand, stopping Celexa cold turkey is a bad idea. It has a shorter half-life than its cousin Prozac, which can be more or less stopped like that. Regardless of what the pdoc and pharmacist say, it apparently is not OK to discontinue like this if you feel miserable. Ask a professional about resuming the Celexa and then gradually coming off. I've had to do the same thing with Serzone.
