If I'm really worried about it, I decrease it temporarily from 375 to 300 mg/day, which pretty much eliminates the side effects. I've heard that Wellbutrin helps though.--Cindy W
P.S. have you already tried Serzone, instead of Effexor-XR? Serzone is said to have almost no sexual side effects.
