Jane - I haven't heard of Prozac causing TD, but since the neurotransmitters are interlinked, all I can say is I don't know. TD is thought to be due to a problem with dopamine blockade in the region of the brain that controls movement. Since dopamine and serotonin regulate each other, there may be a connection, but any instance would be extremely rare, considering how many people have taken SSRIs and how many have got TD (if any). A confounding factor is that some people do get TD spontaneously, without taking meds.

Sorry that I cannot help more than that. Also, I have been very preoccupied this past week, so my memory isn't what it can be. - Cam
