Arnold-Chiari Malformation??

I was just diagnosed with a Chiari Malformation two weeks ago. Does anyone else have this or know if it is correlated with depression? I am also constantly experiencing pressure in my head and a stiff neck, could it be related to this? Also, how common is this?
