Any suggestions - Celexa

I've been at 40mg of Celexa for three weeks after 10 weeks at 30mg...some days have been great, but others I don't have a sense of well-being with some anxiety...the Celexa is working, but not enough...anyone on 50 or 60mg of Celexa and saw results that they didn't see at 40mg???
