Tina, have you tried something called melatonin? It's a natural sleep supplement that you can get in the herbal/vitamin sections. Your body naturally secretes it from environmental cues such as when it gets dark outside or if you've a healthy dose of sunshine and excercise throughout the day. However, even though it works great for me, I don't take it on a regular basis because I feel it may indeed make me groggy some days due to prozac.
