PMS Epilepsy Bi Polar

After 12 years, I got a second opinion. After listening to my history, new doc sees connection between my history of PMS and help by progesterone, a anti convulsant, seizures ( a parallel with PMS and epilepsy) and the presence of Bi polar symptoms...anybody else out here?
