Hi Jeni

Sorry to hear of your husbands troubles.

I have never taken effexor but I have taken other drugs and I think the problem is to do with how slowly you are weaned off.

The advice I have been given for weaning off is rot -ie off the drug within a few weeks.

You need to go very slowly - months rather than weeks.
