Hi, I this is my first post. I have just started taking Zoloft too, about 3 1/2 weeks ago. The last couple of days I have notice that I am also getting irritated easily and getting hyper. I only take 50mg per day and I was wondering if I need to up my dosage. I too feel better as far as the depression goes, but are noticing that I am getting "short".

The thing with Zoloft that I realized is what others have feared: it tends to take care of the unhappiness, but gives you a hyperactivity that at first feels good, but as time goes on this hype turns into a sort of mania that can be scary. The Buspar helps me control that anxiety. You might ask. What is your dx? (Diagnosis) if you don't mind....
