I've taken Remeron and Prozac together and they worked well for awhile, my meds seem to be pooping out quite regularly lately.... I would really recommend discussing any changes to your meds with your doc first. I think docs RX this combo pretty often so I don;t think there would be a problem with it.

Just a side comment and you'll think I'm nuts (and you're right) For some people, after the med regulates in your system for a while actually taking more (45mgs) can make you less groggy. I know it sounds stupid, but it really does work. Just a thought.
