I already tried to stop ALL meds, but very very slowly. I succeded. But my life was really poor, I did nothing with pleasure even on holidays. And I pass all the details.
But it's not a poor life like this I want to live. That's why after a couple of months I started again AD.
The important thing is I know now that if I want to stop all meds I can. But I prefer to take them.
I had no withdraw effect as I stopped them slowly over 3-4 weeks time.
