What could possibly do all that? SAM-e. I'm now taking it with 300mg Adrafinil and it's working quite well. The SAM-e is not only doing wonders for my depression, it is also providing liver protection. And because the Adrafinil dose is so low, liver risk is probably a non-issue anyway.
