You have several options:

1. Increase the dose.
2. Augment with a small amount of lithium, pindolol (beta-blocker) or buspirone (anti-anxiety agent).
3. Add an antipsychotic such as olanzapine
(zyprexa).
4. Add another antidepressant.
5. Change the antidepressant, usually to another class.

As you can see, you have many options so do not worry.

If you are being followed by a GP then you have a problem because they do not know what the hell they are doing when it comes to psychopharmacology. If this is the case then get your ass a pschiatrist. Good luck
