Hi elise,
When I took Dexedrine, I took 20-25mg a day. One 15mg long acting one in the morning. One 5mg short acting one in the morning.
Sometimes (if I remembered) one 5mg one in the early afternoon.
I believe this was considered a pretty average dose, although I've heard of people going much higher. I did notice a continual tolerance building - I started at 5mg.
