Thanks. I appreciate the insight. I really like
the "Choosing a therapist" section.
I've been in therapy before for ACOA (Adult Children
of Alcoholics) issues and it was really a positive
experience. But there I sort of knew what the
problem was. Other than being depressed about
being depressed I don't have much to be depressed
about. :-)
