Hi All - My husband has restless legs about once a week. He read about this "CURE" & tried it and IT WORKED!!!
Get up and PEE!!!
Even if he has just peed before going to bed & doesn't feel like he has to go, he tries. Sometimes he even stands there & waits at least 3 minutes & pees a small amount. Sometimes he pees right away & it's various amounts. He has never had RLS after peeing. It's weird & who knows why - but it works for him. We'd be interested to know if this works for anyone else.
