jojo,

I recently read that it is a sign of Omega 3 depletion, which is associated with depession and Bipolar Disorder. When I take Flax Oil, I notice that dry feet/heels and peeling skin on the tips of fingers goes away. www.barleans.com has the best, freshest flax oil at a decent price.

Just a thought but have you been cleaning with bleach or cleanser lately? My skin is apparently very sensitive and bleach will do that every time. Antibacterial soap is very harsh, too. It took me a while to figure it out but I don't buy the antibacterial dish soap any more, for that reason.
