If your doctor doesn't care, maybe it's time to find a new one.
BTW, Inderal, a Beta Blocker, can keep the migraines under control - non-existant - if you are otherwise satisfied with your antidepressant. I was taking 10mg, 3x a day and it completely got rid of the headaches triggered by Adderall (a stimulant).
Before you decide to try the Inderal, however, I would get thoroughly checked by a Neurologist. Sharp pain in your head, as often as you are saying, may indicate a serious condition. Best to rule that out first.
