Paul- thank you , thank you ! I have been so down on myself and wondering why I can't just pull it together! I have been in a bad phase of bipolar and have felt really guilty for not 'handling' things the way I think I should be. I always get to where I am at a loss to try and explain what it is I am going through. You, on the other hand, have done a wonderful job of explaining just where I am coming from.
