Topamax and weight and sleep and mood

Just to confuse everyone, I'm on Topamax for my bipolar at 75 mg a day, and it seems to affecting me in opposites ways as to how it should be:

•I've gained about 4kg (about 10lbs). This could also be due to stopping Dexedrine, which may have been supressing my appetite, and not being able to run due to a knee injury. But I am hungry all the time!
•My sleep has been very poor since I've started it. This could also be due to not being able to run.

Best of all and most importantly of all my mood is GREAT. Desperately hoping this lasts. I can handle the above (i think).
