I tried to post a response but I think I screwed it up so I hope I don't repeat myself. I've taken regular wb for a couple of years and recently swithched to 150mg 2xday WB sr and 50 mgs of Zoloft. It's unclear to me whether some of the side effects I experienced were the result of zoloft or perhaps of reacting differently to the sr variety of WB. At first I had alot of stomach problems altho those have gotten better. There are also times when I feel really wired and I've had more difficulty sleeping. My pdoc recommended taking the second dose of WB in the late afternoon, like around 5 or so, and when I remember to do that it does seem to help. My biggest problem is that Zoloft affects my libido. This makes me reluctant to stay on it and certainly reluctant to increase the dose, altho I think I might have a better and more prolonged therapeutic response if I did. I'm sort of searching around for a different augmentation drug to take with WB. Good luck.
