.....just a thought Paul, but if you find later that you do need to return to medication of some kind, would it be fair to say it might be worth exploring other medication classes rather than antidepressants? Has the whole antidepressant class proven to be the wrong chemistry with you?

.....Best wishes to you. With good counseling, you may indeed find medication isn't needed. One way to find out! :-)

P.S. Serzone gave me that loud ringing in the ear too. I mean, LOUD. I wonder why that is? I didn't sleep all that well with it either. The higher the dose the louder it was and the worse I slept. It's strange, but my ear ringing has decreased and my sleep is awesome (not to mention depression gone) while taking the mild psychostimulant Adrafinil. Go figure. I never would have suspected. Antidepressants for me were wrong all along.
