Hi Noa - Glad to talk with you again. I'm glad you like your new doc. I love my family doc. (Not literally!) I really trust & respect him alot.
I'm glad you're feeling better now you're taking the proper dose of med. 20 mg Celexa at bedtime is really working well for me. Although the doctor said I was depressed, the thing I felt most was anxiety (big-time). That has smoothed out so nicely.
My holiday was so good. It was heavenly. I love nature & I loved it that there was hardly anyone there. I felt so at peace & have carried that back into normal everyday life with me. I'm very thankful!!
Do take care. I have special warm feelings for you because you were one of the people who made me feel welcome & cared for when I first came to Psy-Bab.
Thanks Noa & I hope things go well for you.
Love, Kath

I feel better now that I am back up to the right dose. I didn't get too depressed, but bitchy like you wouldn't believe. I was pissed at every little annoyance.

He is a good doc, spends sufficient time to discuss things and answer questions, doesn't make me feel rushed. He even wrote a long letter explaining his assessment to my primary care doc. I think it is good--the letter will help to educate her about patients like me with hypothyroidism and refractory depression.
