> If we are talking about targetting stimulation Why not massage one side of the body? Or tap the nerves on the side of the face (near the ear, where the jaw connects), or reflexology >of one foot, etc. etc.?In the Disengaging Depression workshop before each morning session we went through a series of movements/stimulations of acupressure points around the skull, jaw, nasal area, forhead, upperchest, back of skull and ears which were all supposed to stimulate positive glandular balances. If nothing else it was somewhat amusing to watch, very primal and probably would do some good if reguarly practiced, as would and does stretching, good communications, nutritional and postural practices.
