In Dr. Jensen's book (mentioned by JohnL.), he mentions that a good initial response, which then fades, may just need a "stabilizer" added... the meds he mentions as some of the possible options are lithium, depakote and tegretol...
JohnL., or anyone, please correct me if you think I've gotten that wrong, or misinterpreted...
