hey!!
been away for the weekend at a family wedding.. had a great time with my cousins last night!
My meds do seem to be helping with 80% of my feelings at the moment... not saying they're gone, just easier.. and I'm not feeling as ill of the serzone now.. I'm pleased I've stuck it out.
still not sleeping, and am very... not angry, but I feel very tense I guess, and react too easily to things in an argumentative kind of way. But MUCH better than I have been.
What about you?? have you managed to find any meds that are helping?
