Hello, I have been taking Effexor for a few months and
have had good depression control. However, I do want to
quit it, because I just hate being on "drugs". A technique
I have come up with that works is I open up the capsules
and take out a few of the little balls every week. It's
tedious, but it really works. I promise that if you
take it really slowly, you won't feel any withdrawal
