I'm still having leg pain which started during withdrawal and I've been off the med for a year.
Feel free to e-mail me personally.

> I was put on effexor starting at 37.5 mg increasing to 110 mg. I felt immediate releif from my anxiety and depression but as this feeling leveled off my MD increased the dosage to 150 mg. Two days after I started my new dosage I began having a tingling sensation in my legs. This went on for about a month when I asked my MD about it. She was suprised and had not experienced this reaction. She reduced my dosage to 75 mg a day. Two weeks went by and no releif, in fact it got worse. I started having joint pain in my knees and ankles. She then decided to take me off of it completely. I experienced all of those horrible side effects I have heard people talk about. I am starting to feel better (after 3 weeks) but my legs are still the same. No one seems to know what or why?
