Hi Nikki: Congratulations on the birth of your nephew. I remember how I felt when my niece was born, she's the dearest thing in my life. I'm glad you have such an understanding and supportive husband. He sounds like a real sweetie. I often feel sorry for my husband having to put up with me and it overwhelms me with guilt. That's when I usually end up cutting my hands and arms. Guilt is a powerful thing, in my life anyway. I beamed when I read that you were feeling better, I couldn't be more happy for you. Just wanted to keep in touch, write anytime you want to talk. Take care and cherish being an auntie. Hugs---Tina

Is there a psych emergency dept you can go to if it gets really bad while your husband is away? I hate to think of you all alone. I'll be here if yyou need me too. Take care
